How we handle your data.

When you submit the contact or project-brief form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, company, project scope, budget range, and timeline. The brand-audit modal collects only your name and email. We do not buy, sell, or trade contact data.

Client accounts (used to track your inquiries) store your name, company, and email. Authentication is handled with email & password or Google sign-in.

Submitted information is used to scope, quote, and deliver the work you've asked us about, and to follow up by the channel you provided. We may reference inquiries internally for project planning. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Inquiries and account data are stored in a managed Postgres database provided by our backend platform. Access is restricted by row-level security: visitors can only submit a new inquiry, signed-in clients can only see their own profile, and only Promoshunn admins can read or update submitted inquiries.

Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by our backend identity provider, which hashes credentials and manages session tokens.

We rely on a small set of trusted services to run this site and workspace:

• Backend, database, and authentication hosting (managed Postgres + auth provider)
• Static site delivery and edge runtime
• Email delivery for transactional notifications when applicable
• WhatsApp Business for quick replies (only when you message us there)

We do not embed third-party advertising trackers or session-replay tools on this site.

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in to the client workspace and to remember UI preferences (such as whether you've already seen the audit popup in this session). We do not set advertising cookies on this site.

Inquiries are retained while the related project is active and for a reasonable follow-up window thereafter. You can request deletion of your inquiry or client account at any time by emailing us — see contact below.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send the request from the email address on file and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is gated by row-level security policies scoped to the authenticated user, and administrative actions require a server-verified admin role (we do not trust client-supplied role claims). Error messages shown to visitors are generic — internal details are kept in server logs.

No system is perfectly secure. We continue to review and tighten our practices as the product evolves.
